Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $507.00/hour
• Pay Package includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure, certifications, travel & lodging reimbursements when applicable, and robust referral bonus program.
• Additional Benefits: Paid sick time in accordance with state/federal laws, OT at 1.5x for overtime, holiday pay at 1.5x for major holidays.

What You'll Do

• Manage an outpatient Hematology/Oncology caseload, focusing primarily on benign hematology.
• Conduct follow-up visits and evaluate new patients, documenting clinical findings.
• Write prescriptions, order labs, and communicate with pharmacy and support staff.
• Collaborate with nurses, pharmacy, administrative team, APPs, and infusion specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EMR (must complete assessment prior to start).
• Provide excellent patient care, focusing on "bread and butter" Hematology with mild fluctuations.
• Support the healthcare team in a busy inpatient and outpatient setting.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.

What You Need
Required:

• North Carolina State Medical License
• DEA Registration
• Board Certification in Hematology and/or Oncology (single board acceptable; double boarded preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
• BLS Certification
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred:

• Experience working in a general Hem/Onc outpatient setting
• Ability to handle benign hematology cases confidently
• Comfortable working with a multidisciplinary team
