Position Summary We are seeking a high-performing Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier to the CEO and leadership team. This role will help drive strategic initiatives, remove operational roadblocks, and ensure high-level priorities are executed with speed and clarity. As the connective tissue across the company, the Chief of Staff will bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to mission-critical efforts-from internal operating rhythms to key external partnerships. This is a highly cross-functional and dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity. You will work side-by-side with the CEO and leadership to translate vision into action, bring transparency to company priorities, and help the team scale without losing momentum or focus. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution & Operational Alignment Drive execution of company-level priorities by coordinating across functions and holding stakeholders accountable. Translate strategic vision into actionable workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, and KPls. Monitor progress on OKRs and quarterly goals, surfacing blockers and proposing solutions. CEO Leverage & Cross-Functional Communication Act as a thought partner to the CEO-preparing briefings, synthesizing updates, and providing leverage on major initiatives. Lead the internal operating cadence, including leadership meetings, cross-team syncs, and strategic offsites. Ensure clear, timely, and aligned communication across the organization. Special Projects & New Initiatives Own and execute high-priority projects that cut across teams-especially ones that don't yet have a clear owner. Provide due diligence, research, and structure around new growth initiatives, vendor evaluations, and partnerships. Stand up to new functions or programs until a long-term owner is hired. Process Improvement & Decision Support Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current workflows and design repeatable, scalable processes and internal controls. Help senior leaders focus by absorbing operational noise and reducing decision fatigue. Create dashboards, memos, and internal artifacts that help the company move faster and smarter. Qualifications: Education & Experience 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, founder/GM roles, or Chief of Staff work in a fast-paced environment. Prior startup experience or exposure to global e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain strongly preferred. Experience working directly with (-suite executives or founders. Execution & Analytical Skills Systems thinker with the ability to break complex problems into manageable parts. High output, low ego-comfortable in both strategy rooms and execution trenches. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient with tools from Microsoft 365 Soft Skills Calm under pressure, highly organized, and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across a diverse team. Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in creating structure where needed. Salary $200,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
