U.S. Employment Counsel

U.S. Employment Counsel, this is a full-time, salaried position responsible for providing legal guidance on U.S. and global employment matters, managing employee relations, and supporting international expansion. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary employment lawyer throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on U.S. legal requirements Provide practical legal guidance and lead the development of employment policies and processes Advise on international employment law matters and manage global Employer of Record (EOR) relationships Required Qualifications JD and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar 10+ years of experience in U.S. and global employment law, including in-house experience Proven ability to develop scalable policies and processes while exercising sound judgment Experience managing complex employee relations matters with discretion Working knowledge of global privacy laws related to employee data
