What You'll Do
- Apply the nursing process to patient care within Oregon State Board of Nursing guidelines
- Monitor and assess ER patients, providing urgent and emergency care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care efficiently
- Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
What You Need
- Oregon RN license with active certification
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evening shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
