Neonatologist Opportunity Spartanburg, South Carolina

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our well established and highly respected team at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

• Annual deliveries: 3,400 3,900
• Annual NICU admissions: 370 400
• Average daily census: 25 29 infants
• Lead and manage a 35 bed Level III NICU , providing full service neonatal care including:
  • High frequency ventilation
  • Therapeutic hypothermia
• Well baby rounding two weeks per month in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency Program
• Supportive team structure of 4 Neonatologists :
  • One week on service
  • Every other night call
  • One week off
• 24/7 NNP coverage
• Strong subspecialty support including Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology , and collaboration with a 3 physician MFM team
• A South Carolina medical license is preferred but not required to apply
