Tuition reimbursement and career advancement opportunities Fun, supportive team culture with events and outings Meaningful work where you’ll see real progress every day What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA in your role as an RBT Track progress and collect session data accurately Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Passion for working with children and helping others succeed Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education is a plus Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there) Apply today and start building a meaningful career as an RBT!
