Responsibilities Analyse current administrative and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Develop, implement, and maintain streamlined administrative systems, workflows, and procedures to enhance organisational effectiveness. Gather, organise, and interpret operational data to produce clear and insightful reports for management. Support project teams with administrative tasks, including resource scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation management. Act as a central point of coordination between various departments to ensure seamless information flow and operational alignment. Manage day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring all records are kept accurate and compliant with company policies. Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports. Champion best practices in operational administration across the company. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative, operations analysis, or a similar role. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. A self-starter with the discipline and motivation to work independently in a remote setting. A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working within a technology consultancy or digital agency environment would be a significant advantage. What We Offer A competitive annual salary of $85,000 - $105,000 USD.
