This role is part of Pinterest’s FTE Leave Coverage Program—a full‑time staffing model that ensures uninterrupted client service during extended employee leave. You’ll take ownership of high‑value client relationships, leverage full‑funnel advertising solutions, and contribute to the North America Enterprise organization. What You’ll Do Strategic Vision and Partnership Building Develop and execute full‑funnel sales strategies that drive measurable results for top‑tier clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including the C‑suite, investment, strategy, and activation teams. Create a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth, secure stakeholder buy‑in, and lead annual deal conversations. Demonstrate executive presence and influence, critically evaluating clients’ business goals and media KPIs. Product Expertise and Market Influence Serve as a product expert on Pinterest’s advertising offerings, focusing on upper and lower funnel formats. Develop tailored media strategies that leverage industry insights to achieve client business goals. Internal and External Collaboration Lead negotiations and develop joint business plans to align partner objectives. Provide data‑driven insights and narratives that guide successful media strategies. Champion Pinterest’s Value Showcase impactful ad metrics and position Pinterest as a key player in advertisers’ media mix. Identify and communicate incremental growth opportunities, expanding partnerships. What We Are Looking For Ad sales and digital advertising expertise, including full‑funnel solutions and measurement for brand, consideration, and conversion; knowledge of search, shopping, display, and/or social is a plus. Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with a track record of creating long‑term partnerships. Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, translating insights into actionable revenue‑driving recommendations. Goal‑oriented approach, consistently achieving revenue goals while fostering partnership growth. Excellent communication and collaboration, thriving in fast‑paced environments. Challenger mindset, willing to persist with decision makers and drive accountability. AI enthusiast, applying AI tools to improve productivity, strategy, and client communications. Bachelor’s degree in digital media, SaaS sales, or equivalent experience. In‑Office Requirement Statement Flexibility for key collaboration moments; not required to work in an office daily.
