Responsibilities Develop sales strategy: create tailored plans for each Enterprise client and accelerate execution with cross‑functional partners. Grow accounts: build long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers, including C‑level executives, and generate and close new sales opportunities within the assigned account base. Deliver a world‑class experience: lead a differentiated experience that clients want to continue growing with. Consult on product capabilities: position T‑Mobile’s solutions to align with and enable clients’ business goals. Negotiate and close: manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high‑value enterprise deals. Report and forecast: maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide forecasts and performance reports to leadership. Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required). Preferred areas of study: Business Administration, Management, or related field. Preferred: 4‑7 years of experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees). Preferred: 7‑10 years of business sales experience with a track record of acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; 5 years in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Enterprise sales: deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor Enterprise solutions (Required). Strategic account planning: demonstrated contribution in account planning and execution (Required). Account management: effective management of relationships and financial outcomes, reducing churn and maximizing enterprise growth (Required). CRM proficiency: build and maintain long‑term relationships; identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities (Required). Prospecting: assess potential customers and prioritize leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (Required). Business development: identify and create new business opportunities, forge partnerships, and nurture relationships for long‑term growth (Required). Negotiation: handle sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required). Communication: effectively communicate with client leaders at all levels, adjusting style as needed (Required). Relationship building: strong networking skills and a proven track record of leveraging connections (Required). Age: at least 18 years. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Travel Required: Yes DOT Regulated Position No Safety Sensitive Position No Pay Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 - $305,800, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $101,700 - $183,480.
