Employment Type Full-time Requirements Dentrix Eaglesoft Open Dental Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Experience: At least 1 year of active experience as a Dental Assistant. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Licensing: Valid Florida X-ray License and RDA license are required. Software Skills: Previous experience navigating Dental Practice Management Software is highly preferred. Job Description Patient Concierge: Welcome patients with warmth, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for their visit from the moment they walk in. Clinical Partnership: Provide high-level assistance to the doctor during procedures, acting as a second set of eyes and hands to ensure patient safety and comfort. Tech Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by mastering existing and emerging clinical technologies to enhance the "back-office" experience. Operational Support: Balance clinical duties with front-office tasks, utilizing dental software to help the team reach business goals. Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, including meticulous sterilization of instruments and treatment room preparation.
