Job Details Position: Electrical Engineer Type: Permanent Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year Benefits Medical & dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Life insurance Short‑term & long‑term disability insurance Responsibilities Designing and implementing electrical systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical codes. Developing and maintaining PLC Cabinets, MCC Designs, and Switchboard Designs. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime. Collaborating with other engineers and team members to develop and improve manufacturing processes and systems. Conducting regular inspections and tests of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and applying this knowledge to your work. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Electrical Code, PLC Cabinets, MCC Design, Switchboard Design, and Troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex electrical concepts to non-technical team members. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
