Who you are: An integral member of the restaurant’s Service team, the Bartender is a wealth of knowledge of all cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage selections and constantly delivers excellence and hospitality. The Bartender is responsible for production of all beverage orders coming from the dining room guests and must have a high level of food and menu knowledge to be able to support the team on the floor, answer questions from guests regarding beverage selections, and be a leader on the Service team. What you’ll do: As a Bartender in our dynamic team, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your responsibilities include crafting and serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with precision and creativity. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service are integral parts of your role. You'll interact with guests, take orders, and create a friendly, lively atmosphere. What we need from you: At least 1 year experience in a Server role in a full-service restaurant Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits Must be flexible with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to carry and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
