Recipe execution and adherence to recipe specs. Head the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal. Safety and sanitation responsibilities, adhering to Steritech standards. Performance management and training of line and expo. Support back of house leadership with BOH supervision, including coaching, counseling, discipline, and overall mentorship of direct reports. QUALIFICATIONS Previous restaurant experience required. Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen preparation and cooking. At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity. REQUIREMENTS Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Clear communication with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel. Schedule flexibility to cover all meal periods as needed. Ability to move and process information quickly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
