People Operations Lead — Build HR from the Ground Up

Tyba Energy is seeking a mid-career People Operations Manager to own our HR operations, build essential programs, and scale people processes as we grow. You’ll lead payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding, and office operations, while partnering with leadership to evolve our performance development and learning programs. The role requires a hands-on, process-focused leader who can design from scratch, is in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is willing to work in Oakland 3–4 days per week to #J-18808-Ljbffr Tyba Energy
