Schedule Need
Four 10-hour days - Monday through Thursday (8am-7pm)
Compensation Options
Choose:
- Pay Per Unit with Benefits + No Paid Time Off
- Pay Per Unit with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrued
Rates:
- $44 $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)
- $70 per Evaluation
We offer other pay structures as well so you can choose what fits your goals:
Full-Time OTR (Hourly Model)
- $33.65 $40.87 per hour ($70,000 $85,000 annually)
- Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Part-Time OTR
- $33 $40 per hour (based on experience)
Who You Are
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required unless grandfathered under bachelor's accreditation transition)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Passionate about helping children thrive
