You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.As a Security Representative at Insight, you will be a key driver of our loss-prevention, access control, and investigation initiatives in a warehouse environment. You will collaborate with our security team, operations, and HR to reduce inventory shrinkage, investigate incidents, manage badge/access systems, and support our multi-shift environment. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, supporting cross-shift coordination and strong individual accountability.What to ExpectWe are legendary for taking care of our teammates. Temporary teammates can also expect medical benefits, which include sick time after 90 days and access to our retirement plans.As a Security Representative II, you will get to:Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit. Upholding the integrity of a safe workplace environment and Insight inventory.Manage and process badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones.Respond to incidents of theft, process breaches; document findings and coordinate with leadership/HR/law enforcement as needed.Assist in training teammates on asset protection protocols, access/badge procedures, and video review requests.Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all investigations and interactions.Be AmbITious: In this opportunity, it's not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. Bringing your passion, dedication, and collaborative spirit to Insight will not only allow you to elevate your existing skills but also acquire new ones through enriching experiences and opportunities.We are looking for a Security Representative I with:High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.3+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse, distribution, or high value environment.Supervisory/Lead experience preferred but not required.Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access control/badge systems, and alarm systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (with a focus on Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills: ability to write clear incident reports, and interact effectively with associates, leadership, and HR.Strong analytical and investigative skills: ability to review footage, sift through data/logs, draw conclusions, and follow through with recommended actions.CPR/First aid/bloodborne pathogen certification preferred but not required.Insight at a GlanceReceived 35+ industry and partner awards in the past year$9.2 billion in revenue#20 on Fortune’s World's Best Workplaces list14,000+ engaged teammates$1.4M+ total charitable contributions in 2023 by Insight globallyWe are not just a tech company; we are a people-first company.
