What You’ll Do

Deliver Top-Notch Patient Care
Use the full nursing processâ€"assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluationâ€"to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.

Think on Your Feet
Bring sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations.

Medication Mastery
Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence and care.

Educate & Empower Patients
Help patients and families understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.

Prioritize Safety & Quality
Verify patient identities, follow all protocols, and document with precision.

What You Bring to the Table

Education

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

• BSN preferred.

Licensure & Certs

• Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.

• BLS required.

• NRP required.

• ACLS & PALS preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of recent experience of Mother/Baby related nursing care in a hospital setting required.

Skills & Strengths

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.

• Collaborative, patient-first mindset.

• Cool under pressure with top-notch time management.
