We are looking for dependable Call Center Agents to support our outside sales team by speaking with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling. What You’ll Do Speak with warm leads who have already shown interest. Schedule appointments for our outside representatives. Follow a proven script and handle objections professionally. Provide a respectful, reassuring experience on every call. Keep accurate notes in our system. What We Offer On-site position: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34201. Convenient location near UTC/BJ’s, Exit 213. Warm leads only—never cold calling. Paid weekly: $15.00 per hour plus bonuses. Part-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM. Full-time option may be available: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Comprehensive training and hands-on support. Growth potential with a company that has served clients and staff for 42 years. Who We’re Looking For At least 1 year of call center experience. Strong telephone etiquette and clear communication. Reliable, coachable, and comfortable following a script.
