Then check out some of the technical requirements of the job:The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Member Support Specialists will report directly to the Studio Manager. Studio Manager will report directly to the District Manager.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience2+ years of Leadership experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training Member Support Specialists in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with Leadership TeamAbility to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy with the ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and studio softwareWillingness to GROW and LEARN!RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory classDrive Membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsManage staff scheduleEnsuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsLead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support SpecialistsProficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studioEnforce Club Pilates policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:$50-55k Salary: Based on Skills & Experience.Medical Benefits AvailablePTO and Paid HolidaysOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential within the companyFREE Pilates classes and employee discountCOMPANY CULTURE & CORE VALUES:People-oriented: We provide a positive, encouraging, and energetic environment that focuses on highlighting and growing the unique abilities of our team.Team-oriented: Our team is cooperative and collaborative; we support our team and our community.
