Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide circulating nursing care during cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Assist in preparing and maintaining procedural equipment, including temp pacemakers, Impella, and ultrasound devices.
  
  
• 
  Document all procedures accurately within the EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and dress code protocols.
  
  
• 
  Participate in rotating call shifts and respond promptly during after-hours emergencies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current RN license with at least 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
  
  
• 
  ACLS certification required; RCIS preferred for tech candidates.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate expertise in circulating responsibilities and procedural support.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work assertively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• 
  Candidates with EP, IR, or Neuro lab experience will be prioritized.
