Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an associate degree with certification, with experience or certification as required. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple processes efficiently, and proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and computer systems. Successful completion of competency exams and adherence to safety and quality standards.
