The salary range for this role is $74,000–$78,000 annually, plus a monthly bonus. This role leads a team for at least 40 hours a week (in‑store), which provides the ability to spend the remainder of the week doing the things YOU love best! What You Will Do Full responsibility for store performance, including sales results, financial performance, merchandising, inventory, and staffing strategy. Hiring, talent development, and key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR. Daily operations that deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals. Sales action plans that grow market impact and community presence. Performance analysis, trend identification, and operational improvements. Workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and labor management. Independent judgment in store‑level operational and employee relations decisions. Strategic partnership with leadership, including performance reporting and business insights. A culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. What You Will Need High School Diploma required or equivalent required. 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry. A proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results. Strong verbal and written communication skills to inspire a team and connect with guests. Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results. Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers. Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business. The ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
