The Boathouse at Sunday Park is one of Richmond's most iconic waterfront restaurants, overlooking the Swift Creek Reservoir in Midlothian, VA. Known for beautiful views, high-volume service, and a strong team culture, Sunday Park delivers an energetic dining experience where teamwork and hospitality matter every shift.
We are looking for dependable, high-energy Support team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping service running smoothly.
The Support role includes responsibilities as a Food Runner, Busser, and/or Barback. You are a key part of the guest experience, helping maintain flow between the kitchen, bar, and dining room.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Support the bar team by stocking liquor, glassware, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and bar areas
- Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure food is served safely and at proper temperature
- Help maintain an energetic, guest-focused atmosphere
- Support other team members as needed during busy service

Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to go up and down stairs
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
Age Requirements
- Food Runner/Busser: Must be at least 16 years old
- Barback: Must be at least 18 years old
