Onboarding & Employee Experience Coordinator

Power Construction is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to enhance the new-hire experience for non-union staff. You will coordinate onboarding from offer to day one, manage HRIS data entry and reporting, and support engagement programs. The role reports to the HR Generalist and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in HR or onboarding. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll and Learning & Development to ensure accurate data, smooth orientations, and consistent Power culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Power Construction
