Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any damages, deficits, and disturbances to supervisors.
- Handle reasonable guests’ complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of English language.
- High school degree.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness in cleaning tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Integrity and reliability.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
