Housekeeping Houseperson

Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa in Old Town Key West is seeking a motivated and dependable Housekeeping Houseperson to join our exceptional Housekeeping team. You will support Room Attendants and maintain public spaces to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Stock housekeeping carts and linen closets with supplies to support daily room operations. Assist Room Attendants with guestroom cleanliness and housekeeping requests. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned public areas and back-of-house spaces. Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly. Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Assist with special cleaning projects and perform Public Areas Attendant duties as needed. Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and service. Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate amounts of weight and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
