The Receiving Clerkisresponsibleformaintainingall raw goodsinventory. Keep track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments. Input inventory counts into JDE.Inspect all shipments for damages or discrepanciesin all incomingand outgoingorders.Gathering orders for small packaging to ship LTL or FedEx.This position must work in a team environment and have personal accountability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Comply withWestlake Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Set,Start-up, Monitor, and Maintain upcut/double miter saws operations

• Ensuringno damaged items are sent.

• Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring the products in each delivery match the packing listwithout damage.

• InputcorrectinformationontoJDEsystem usingcomputeror scan gun.

• Prepare shipments of small pack products (screws, kits, and glue) using JDEand orsmall packagingand LTLsoftware.

• Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary.

• Cycle counts on screws, kits, and glue products and physical inventory.

• Safely load and unload trucks.

• Load and inventory pushback racking system.

• Efficiently process paperwork.

• Be able to effectively communicatetomanagement with any problems.

• Receiving MROatthe direction of Production Planning & Order fulfilment manager,Planning S&OP.

• Operate Forklift and other related Powered Industrial Vehicles and tools.

• Implement and sustain5Smethodologies inworkarea.

• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong professional communication skills, bothverbal and in writing.

• Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel,Emailetc.

• Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, self-motivated, and ability to multi-task

• Be able to pass a forklift test andmaintainthe required forklift license.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

The employee should have the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years' experience in a relevant field.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee shouldpossessthe ability to:

• Prolong standingor instationary position.

• Repetitive reaching over product.

• Complete repetitive movements.

• Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable.

• Wear all required personal protective equipment.

• Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to move or traverse about the facilities.

• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs or ladders.

• Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions.
