HR Accommodation Advisor

Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Accommodation Advisor in Tempe, AZ. Duties:
- HR Accommodation Advisor will provide project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area
- Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services
- Acts as a project liaison with other departments
- As an HR Accommodation Advisor, you will analyze current costs and estimate the cost or cost savings
- Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or associated HR position, disability management, or equivalent experience
