This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy services in a hospital setting located in El Centro, CA. The position offers a dynamic work environment, focusing on inpatient care with advanced clinical responsibilities. This contract role is available for an immediate start and has a duration of approximately 13 weeks with potential for temp-to-hire status.

Responsibilities:• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently.• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations.• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care.• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to tailor medication therapies.• Participate in on-call rotation shared among pharmacy staff.• Utilize Cerner for order processing and documentation.

Qualifications:• Active California pharmacist license.• Prior inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.• Ability to start immediately.• Strong communication and clinical skills.• Comfortable working a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Location:• El Centro, California.

Schedule:• Four 10-hour shifts per week.• Some on-call duties; shared among staff pharmacists.
