Experience: Minimum 2 years, Trauma Level I experience required; neuro, ortho trauma, totals, neuro spine, craniotomy, VP shunt, PV-RX AAA, thrombectomies, trauma, urology, general, GYN, laparoscopic, ENT, plastics, maxillofacial, gynecological, and related skills

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assist in a variety of complex surgical procedures including neuro, trauma, ortho, urology, GYN, plastics, ENT, and general surgeries
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure safety standards are upheld throughout procedures
• Assist surgical teams with equipment setup and troubleshooting for advanced surgical tech tools like the DaVinci XI
• Support trauma and neuro surgeries, including level I trauma cases and craniotomies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver efficient, patient-centered care during surgeries
• Ensure all surgical supplies and instruments are ready and available for procedures
• Participate in perioperative patient care and documentation as needed

What You Need

• Valid CST certification (NBSTSA)
• BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience, including trauma Level I cases
• Experience with neuro, ortho trauma, totals, neuro spine, craniotomies, and VP shunt procedures
• Ability to work 90-120 hours of neuro call every 6 weeks
• Familiarity with specialized surgical equipment such as DaVinci XI

• Experience with neuro, trauma, urology, GYN, plastics, maxillofacial, and laparoscopic procedures
• Prior involvement in complex trauma or neuro surgeries and use of advanced surgical instruments
