This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by expanding their project management responsibilities while working alongside experienced project leaders on some of the industry's most challenging and rewarding projects.As an Assistant Project Manager, you will partner with Project Managers and field leadership teams to help drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing RFIs and submittals, supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination, tracking project costs and budgets, assisting with schedule management, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in construction operations, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow into a lead project management role while contributing to the safe, successful delivery of complex construction projects.The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually. You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.What You Bring2+ years of experience of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project ManagerBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or other related degree or equivalent experienceAbility to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement trackingWillingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teamsExperience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updatesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environmentDesire to grow a long-term career in construction managementNice to HaveBluebeam or similar document control toolsScheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planningExperience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
