Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive core deposit growth, strengthen brand awareness, and support the bank's long-term business objectives. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and community channels while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations to expand deposit opportunities and enhance market presence. Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and improve customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, enhance customer experience, and achieve sustainable growth.
