Locums Pediatric CRNA Dayton, OH (Active OH License Required) Why This Role

Assignment Details
• Location: Dayton, Ohio
• Duration: Minimum six-month commitment
• Schedule Options:
- 7:00 AM Äì3:30 PM - 7:00 AM Äì5:30 PM
• Call: None
• Weekends: None
• Holidays: None
• Supervision: Pediatric Anesthesiologist
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 Äì90 days
• Travel Expenses: Covered for locum providers
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
• NBCRNA board certification
• Current AANA certification
• Active Ohio CRNA license
• Active BLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum six-month commitment
• NPDB Self-Query report completed within 30 days of presentation
• Strong communication, customer-service, and computer skills
• Ability to meet the physical and emotional demands of the position
Preferred
• One to three years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience
Clinical Details
• Neonatal and pediatric anesthesia care
• Preoperative assessments and anesthesia-care planning
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Approximately 1 Äì15 surgical cases per day
• Approximately 13,000 operating-room cases annually
• No pain-management cases
• Level I trauma setting
• 11 operating rooms at the primary location
• Four additional operating rooms at a secondary location
• Medical imaging and interventional radiology coverage
• Collaborative team of physicians, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and nursing staff
