About the Opportunity

Are you ready to build a rewarding sales career? We are looking for self-starters to join us as Agents in Training. This is your opportunity to launch a journey in insurance sales with a commission-driven structure and a path to agency ownership. What You’ll Do

• Proactively develop and manage your sales pipeline through networking and outreach

• Help clients find the best insurance solutions to fit their needs

• Build strong, trust-based relationships and provide ongoing client support

• Work to achieve and exceed sales goals for both new business and retention

• Use agency technology to track your activities and manage leads

• Stay informed about new products and market trends from Farmers Insurance

 

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated to succeed in a sales environment

• Organized, independent, and good with time management

• Sales or customer service experience is required

• Willing to obtain (or already have) appropriate insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
