Enhance your expertise in asset-backed debt investments.Job DescriptionOverviewContribute to the management and analytics of asset-backed debt investments in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Extract, analyze, and manage collateral data to support risk management and reporting processes.Collaborate with technology teams to develop and maintain centralized data platforms and ETL pipelines.Apply AI tools for structured data extraction from diverse borrower documents and tapes.Assist in building BI dashboards to provide actionable insights across portfolio data.Engage with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights for critical business decisions.Standardize workflows and maintain documentation of data flows and mappings.Work in an entrepreneurial environment fostering collaboration and innovation.Key Responsibilities & DutiesExtract, validate, and load borrower and servicer data tapes into management systems.Develop ETL pipelines and scripts for automating data ingestion workflows.Utilize AI tools for parsing unstructured data into structured formats.Collaborate with technology teams to design and test data pipeline components.Ensure data accuracy and consistency for internal and external reporting.Build and maintain BI dashboards for portfolio analytics and risk management.Manage borrowing base reviews and borrower compliance tracking.Document workflows and data mappings to ensure clarity and standardization.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.3+ years of experience in asset management, private credit, or structured finance.Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and automation.Knowledge of AI/LLM APIs for document parsing and data extraction.Experience with financial data tapes and cashflow modeling.Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
