Location: Waltham, MA Job Description We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of experience in designing modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma , experience working with mature design systems, and a portfolio showcasing production-quality UI work. - Design high-quality UI for web and mobile applications.
- Work within and enhance existing design systems and component libraries.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
- Apply UX best practices to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with design leads, developers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, handoff, and design QA.
- 10+ years of UI/UX design experience.
- Expert in Figma (Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Prototyping).
- Experience with responsive web and native mobile design.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.x accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
