Office Manager

In this role, you'll work directly with our Wealth Strategists and leadership team, ensuring smooth operations, professional client experiences, and efficient systems that make an impact.

What You'll Do

? Provide high-level administrative and operational support

? Manage calendars, client meetings, and preparation of materials

? Coordinate client onboarding and maintain accurate records

? Handle client inquiries with professionalism and care

? Manage office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships

? Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and client service

What You'll Bring

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

? Excellent written and verbal communication

? Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

? Professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset

Preferred:

?? Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

?? 2+ years of administrative or financial services experience

?? Familiarity with CRM systems (RBC, Schwab, etc.)
• Series 7, 65/66, or insurance licenses
