About the Team Alaska Behavioral Health provides comprehensive therapy services for adults experiencing mild, moderate, and severe mental illness. Our services include crisis intervention, psychiatric assessment and treatment, case management in conjunction with therapeutic services, individual and group therapy (including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy), psycho-social rehabilitation services, peer support, and vocational services. What You’ll Do Provide community-based services to adults experiencing mental illness in Anchorage, Alaska Work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment planning, psychosocial skills training, individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention and other services driven by client need Good To Know Position is based in Anchorage, Alaska Full-Time, Exempt Pay Range is $80,500 to $103,320 depending on experience. This position is eligible for a $10,000 signing bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to $20,000! Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available – Professional Growth is encouraged! Clinicians participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan.
