Direct Care Support ProfessionalCovenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.Assist the individual in completing daily living activities for a total care clientQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license.Ability to pass a background check.Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient demeanor.Job Types - In-Home Services - Full time (40+ weekly) Part Time (20 hours weekly)Full time: Monday-Wednesday & Friday 7:30AM-4PM and Thursdays 7:30am-8pm Part time: Tuesday & Thursday- 5:15pm-8pm & Sundays 12:30-7:30pmBenefits:Competitive compensationOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive work environmentEqual Employment Opportunity StatementCovenant Case Management Services actively encourages applications from individuals of all backgrounds and lived experiences.
