Ad Operations Specialist

Owning the technical backbone of trafficking, tagging, and measurement for omnichannel digital media campaigns, the full-time Ad Operations Specialist will execute ad serving, manage strategic Floodlight architecture, and ensure accurate measurement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end trafficking process within Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), including placement creation and tracking ad delivery Manage strategic account setups and advanced Floodlight configurations to align with client business and measurement goals Drive integration across the Google Marketing Platform stack, establishing efficient data flows and building reporting linked to client KPIs Required qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on digital ad operations experience, specifically with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) Experience managing site tag implementations and advanced Floodlight architecture alongside 3rd-party verification tools Understanding of the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem, including connections between CM360, DV360, and Google Analytics Proficiency with demand-side platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk, and familiarity with front-end code (HTML, JavaScript) Knowledge of digital privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tagging and measurement
