Key Responsibilities: Safely operate powered industrial lift trucks, including forklifts and order pickers, to efficiently move, lift, stack, and organize products and materials. Use handheld scanners accurately to maintain precise inventory control. Load and unload trailers, assisting with inbound and outbound logistics processes. Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to safety and quality standards. Follow company policies and demonstrate a commitment to process excellence. Work effectively in temperature-controlled environments, which may be hot or cold, handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Perform inbound receiving tasks with attention to detail and safety protocols. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience. At least 1 year of experience operating Reach Truck Lift, with certification and proper training in safe lift truck operation. Ability to lift 30-50lbs regularly and move materials on wheeled carts weighing up to 500 lbs. Strong physical stamina to stand, sit, twist, bend, and lift continuously. Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license preferred. Flexibility to work extended hours, including mandatory overtime and weekend shifts.
