Migration Specialist / Data Coach
ReqT
We are seeking an experienced Migration Specialist / Data Coach to support data migration initiatives and guide technical teams on best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, Python, AWS, and SQL , along with experience in code review, documentation, and mentoring teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support data migration projects, particularly to Snowflake environments. Review, analyze, and optimize Python code for performance and scalability. Design, develop, and validate data transformations using Snowflake SQL. Coach and mentor teams on Python and SAS best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Maintain and update Confluence documentation. Support AWS-based integrations and workflows. Apply data governance standards and documentation best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Required Skills Strong experience with Snowflake (Data Warehousing & SQL) Experience with AWS Cloud Services Knowledge of Data Governance Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong communication and mentoring skills Preferred Skills SAS Human-Centered Design (HCD) Cloud Migration and Data Modernization Data Quality and Governance frameworks Additional Requirement Ability to pass a CMS Background Investigation. #J-18808-Ljbffr ReqT
