They will apply instructional design principles to execute a scalable training program that promotes high levels of learner engagement, immerses employees in Curia's culture and values, and helps them perform aspects of their role right first time. Training will focus on building engagement, knowledge, and foundational skills. This role requires experience in good manufacturing and a strong desire to learn best-in-class adult learning practices. At Curia, we are on a mission to advance our customers' therapies from curiosity to cure and ultimately to improve patients' lives.We proudly offer:Generous benefit options (eligible first day of employment)Paid training, vacation and holidays (vacation accrual begins on first day of employment)Career advancement opportunitiesEducation reimbursement401K program with matching contributionsLearning platformAnd more!Responsibilities:Execute multi-week new hire programming that enables new hires to be prepared to go on shiftDevelop and deliver training topics that support good manufacturing processes, aseptic and cleanroom behaviors, good documentation practices, attainment of media fill qualifications, and any other topics that are required to execute the responsibilities of a production technicianDeliver aseptic gowning training to eligible personnel, ensuring the site meets quarterly gowning compliance metricsHold themselves accountable for on-time delivery of project plan actionsHold trainees accountable for meeting expectations of training programs, and demonstrating values that are aligned with The Curia WayProvide coaching and feedback to trainees, including new and experienced techniciansProperly prepare all training documentationProcess accurate and timely training completion records for instructor-led sessions in Noverant LMSEmbrace a Safety-First culture, ensuring safety practices are followed during any instructor-led trainingMeet the expectations of the roleQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum of two (2) years related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or cleanroom environmentOther Qualifications:Must pass background checkMust pass drug screenMay be required to pass Occupational Health ScreeningMust be able to obtain and maintain an aseptic gowning trainer certificationMay be required to wear a respiratorSkills:Organization: Is highly organized and pays attention to detail. Builds productive working relationships with personnel across the site.Instructional design: Incorporate user experience design principles to structure presentations.Content design: Designs content to optimize knowledge retention and skill-building.Language Skills:Able to read and interpret documents such as, but not limited to, safety instructions, standard operating procedures, policies, and manuals. Ability to write clearly and communicate effectively.Mathematical Skills:Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and percentages. Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability:Able to demonstrate understanding and effective application of written and oral instruction.Computer Skills:Can perform basic functions in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to quickly adapt and learn new manufacturing software systems.
