Role Description This full-time role is based in Virginia Beach, VA. The Family Law Attorney will handle a range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation, child and spousal support, and related issues. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing deadlines, and contributing to the firm’s commitment to a modern, client-focused approach to family law. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law and Family Law, with demonstrated experience handling domestic relations and related legal issues. Active license to practice law in Virginia, in good standing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear client communication Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and respectful, non-discriminatory representation. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff and to contribute to a positive, professional office culture.
