About This Role
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team at the Salisbury Family Center in Salisbury, just off Route 7. Our center has earned 3 Star rating and is committed to providing specialized care. All of our classrooms have a small ratio, allowing for personalized attention and a nurturing environment.

What You'll DoProvide exceptional care and support to our infant children, including diaper changes, feeding, and soothing.
Prepare engaging and interactive curriculum to stimulate their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring the well-being of our children and staff.
Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, minimizing teacher burnout.
Engage in physical activity, lifting and carrying children as necessary, to promote their physical development.
RequirementsHave taken, or be willing to take professional development trainings and college courses.
Previous childcare experience.
Nice To HavesBachelor's degree in a related field, such as early education, psychology, sociology, or social work.
Associate's degree in early education or a related field.
