Level 1 Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1Support Technician to join their team onsite in Plano, TX and provide walk-in and remote support to users. Duties and Responsibilities Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required Stage and build systems Complete special projects as requested Follow Asset Management policy and procedure Skills and Qualifications Good communication skills Good analytical / troubleshooting skills Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications iOS and Android working knowledge Good customer support skills Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing Walk-up and remote support service experience Wage Range The hourly rate for this position is between $20.25 - $27.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
