Project Manager- Construction

Overview JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in California. In this role you will support critical infrastructure and construction projects, providing reliable, timely and professional support while managing day‑to‑day project activities across multiple assignments. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence every Wednesday and Thursday in Rosemead, CA. Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects Identify and address potential risks related to project logistics, budget, and scope Coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs) Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain financial files for due diligence Track each aspect of project performance against schedules and the critical path Coordinate subcontractor activities and relocate technical functions as needed Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost‑effective manner Required Qualifications 5+ years of full‑cycle construction project management experience Ability to prepare and track budgets Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects Ability to adapt and prioritize deadlines in a fast‑paced team or independent environment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Experience in construction management or real estate Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture & space planning concepts Location On‑site – Rosemead, CA; hybrid role with onsite expectations Wednesday and Thursday. Compensation Estimated compensation: 90,000.00 – 126,000.00 USD per year.
