Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
- Provide subject matter expertise within the business and technical domain to support project deliverables.
- Ensure all application changes comply with organizational standards and policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create, track, and maintain risk and delivery artifacts.
- Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to analyze and enhance processes and solutions.
- Create, maintain, and deliver training materials for end users.
