North Peak Capital is a >$1bn long/short equity fund based in New York. The fund utilizes a private equity approach to public markets through a concentrated fundamental equity strategy. North Peak typically invests in companies capable of compounding shareholder capital over a multi-year time horizon to deliver outsized returns. Role Description North Peak is seeking to hire a generalist investment analyst to join the investment team. The ideal candidate will have experience across both public and private equity investing, with at least four years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in fundamental research. The firm employs a highly collaborative investment process, with team members working closely together to diligence opportunities and develop investment theses. We are seeking an intellectually curious, long-term oriented investor who is passionate about fundamental investing and comfortable underwriting opportunities over a multi-year investment horizon.
