Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Home Health Location: Grants Pass, Oregon Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Remote: No; field-based position Are you an experienced LPN/LVN looking for a rewarding opportunity that offers independence, meaningful patient relationships, and a consistent weekday schedule? Join a collaborative home health team dedicated to helping patients remain safe and independent in their own homes.
